Terms of Service

Dungeon Keeper is a Discord bot that helps server owners and their staff manage verification, leveling, automations, moderation and partnerships. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dungeon Keeper bot, the portal and any related services that we may release (together, the Service).

By inviting the bot to a Discord server or signing in to the portal, you agree to these Terms defined here. If you do not agree, avoid using the service.

The Service is operated by Massine Mouha, a solo programmer working on different products, under the Dungeon Keeper name. "Dungeon Keeper", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Massine Mouha. You can contact us at [email protected].

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by Discord in your country, to use this Service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Service. Discord terms take priority over ours.

You sign in to the portal through Discord OAuth using the identify scope. Discord then verifies your info and we receive your Discord user ID and username or display name along with your joined servers. We do not receive or store your Discord password and we do not access your private messages.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account and all its related matters.

You agree to:

• Not use this Service to break any law or Discord policy
• Not use the Service to facilitate abuse or harassment of others
• exploit the Service to access other servers or other users' private data;
• Not bypass, disable or circumvent paid features or usage controls
• reverse engineer or resell the Service or access to it, except as allowed by law;
• Not scrape (automated collection of information through programmatic means), overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not upload malware or any content that infringes the rights of others or may harm our users.

The Service offers free features and paid plans to users. Paid plans are sold by Polar as merchant of record, which processes the payment and tax. Its terms apply to the transaction.

Prices, currencies, taxes and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Periodic plans renew automatically for the advertised period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime plans do not renew and will be provided for the lifetime of the service. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy which you should check out.

Premium features are listed inside the portal. We may add, change or remove features over time. If you stop having an active paid plan, you will no longer be able to create new premium configuration and premium configuration that was already set up may stop working.

You are the legal owner of the content, settings and configuration you upload onto the Service. In order for us to operate, you must grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content. Your data remains yours and is your sole property.

How we handle personal data/information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free or that any feature will continue to be available. Any reported issue will also be handled and investigated.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and signing out of the portal. Breaking these terms will result in a potential termination of the Service, if your use creates risk or legal exposure or if we are required to by law. When these Terms end, your right to use the Service ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. You remain responsible for your own actions within the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally or amicably will be brought in front of the courts of Morocco.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Important changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
